As of today, May 7th, 2010, this site is now officially closed. I'm doing this because the site's basically dead anyway - no one has been on in ages. Knight clearly has higher priorities on her other sites, Bushy was never really a member here, and Frosty's disappeared. The only person who even bothered getting ON was Becky, but that was only to try and enlist my help on another forum.
So, in essence, the site is dead, and I see no reason to keep it open. I will not be deleting the forum, and if Knight reads this I request that she doesn't delete it either, as an archive of all the moments we had here would be appreciated.
Anyway, this will be my last post here. After this, I will no longer check this forum, the cbox, or anything else to do with this site. As such, attempting to contact me on here is completely pointless. I will also no longer host any of the pictures used by this site, so any randomizers/pics/avatars that were sourced from my Photobucket are likely to become broken links.
I'm not trying to leave all you guys, but I'm not hanging around a dead site, either. If you'd like to contact me, you are completely welcome to use one of the following methods, listed in order of best to worst:
1: Find me on Wolf-Haven. Ask around in the chat; most people will recognize my name.
2: I'm still playing Wajas as ID 166115 and I'm on daily.
3: Try finding me on Supernova.
4: Email me at fallen_soul898@yahoo.com ; I rarely check it, though.
5: I still check Neo once a millenia or so; you can always try there.
It's been fun, guys. Over 9 months since I started roleplaying with you... I hate how the site died so quickly. But then, we were always small, and I preferred it that way. Very close-knit. But it's a two-sided coin, and small sites die easily...
Looking back through the archives, I can remember the moments we shared as if it was yesterday. I can't help but ask myself, 'Was it worth it? Worth all the time and effort I put into this site just so it could die young?'
Then I recall the friendships I made, and I know the answer. Yeah, it was worth it. It didn't end the way I would have liked, but that's life for you. Nothing ever stays the same, and all good things must come to an end sometime. I'm lucky to have known you guys - thanks for everything.
May the moon shed her light upon your path, always, wherever you may go...
