Larka looked around. She sighed. ''Any idea?'' she asked as she sniffed the air. She didnt recognize the scent. She sighed again and looked at Shade.

Shade blinked, "Any idea about what?" he questioned, flicking the ear closest to her backwards, "You should explain what you're talking about before you ask me anything."

Larka laughed slightly. ''Any idea where we are?'' She asked as she trotted up to a bush and sniffed it. No scent was along it, giving her no clue.

Shade snorted, "Clearly you haven't been paying much attention, what I've just been telling you is that I don't." Shade replied with a sigh. "You females have such short attention spans."

Larka smiled and snorted. ''Its hard to focus when your with such an attractive male,'' She said. she then snapped her mouth shut in embarassment. She the coughed and sneezed, trying to cover up what she said.

Shade snorted. "Your attempts to flatter me have failed, considering I'm not attractive. Did you have something you wanted from me, or, ah, do you have something you want to say now to butter me up some more?" Shade grimaced slightly. He didn't exactly trust pretty young females who thought they could get anything they wanted just by calling another male attractive.

Larka laughed. ''I want nothing more than your company, ShadeSpeaker,'' She said with a smile. ''And attractive is in the eye of the beholder,'' She said as her tail slightly brushed up against his shoulder and then pulled away as she trotted forward.

Shade snorted, "All right, what do you want?" he said absently, "You've gotten me on my own, no one will hear me if I scream, so what exactly do you need from a wolf who can speak to ghosts?" he shrugged. Honestly, he wanted to know what he wanted, that didn't mean he was going to do it, but it wouldn't hurt to do it if it meant she owed him a favor.

Larka laughed. ''I want nothing. I told you that. Im just a loner looking for companionship,'' She said with a soft giggle. She lept forward a few steps and then did a play bow with a wagging tail.

He was taken off guard by her movements, and it took him a few minutes to remember what he was supposed to do in return, and then, finally, Shade dipped into a playbow as well, his tail twitching in a small movement, not something that he bothered to hide. "Ah, so I see." he replide doubtfully, a flicker of laughter dancing through his voice.

Larka couldnt help but laugh also. She bounded forward a few steps and with ''puppy feet'' lightly smacked Shade on then nose then bounded back again with tail wagging happily. It had been a while since she had had anyone to play with.

Shade blinked awkwardly, but he had to repay the female for what she'd done for him - new pups were on the way, by the parents of Sahara and Dark, Mika would be happy to know - so he skipped forward, swatting her nose in return, and scampering away. It was time to see what this female could do, he thought to himself, flicking his tail absently. He could have some fun before he killed her...

Larka lept after Shade and spread her wings as she did so. She growled playfully as she grabbed his scruff and tugged at it. Her head shook side to side slightly, but she didnt bite down hard enough to harm him or even bruise the skin.

Shade gave a startled yelp, twisting away, but he managed to make it look as if it had been part of the 'game' they were playing by capering up to Larka and swatting her ear, before scampering back, all the while seeking a place where she wasn't guarding herself.

Larka's wing shot open and smacked him upside the head as she lept into the air and turned, only to land perfectly in a position ready to jump at him again. Her tail swayed side to side and a happy 'grin' was on her face as she did so.
